In the morning: culinary master class
LESSON 1. Bruschetta with mashed fava beans. Preparing toasted bread stuffed with ricotta forte, tomatoes and rucola. Preparing mashed fava beans with various vegetables.
Tasting of prepared dishes.
Guided tour to White City of Ostuni and visiting the only one hypogean (underground) oil- press in the south of Italy including tasting.

  Day 3
Breakfast in the hotel.
Guided tour of Martina Franca (the city of the Itria Valley Festi-val); guided tour to the Farm Ferre which is about 100 acres. It retains its rural traditions and culture systems adopting organic farming.
Lunch cooked with typical products on the farm or picnic (de-pends on season).
 Guided tour of Alberobello (the Trulli capital, UNESCO heritage)
Dinner  and overnight in the Hotel.

Guided tour of Bari, visiting the Cathedral Basilica dedicated to St.Nicholas (the most revered Saint in the east and west). 
Tour to Polignano-a- Mare
Dinner in a typical grill restaurant in the historical centre of Cisternino

Lesson 2: ORECCHIETTE E POLPETTE (kind of Italian pasta with meatballs) Preparing of meatballs Preparing of orecchiette (local pasta) with veal chops seasoned with turnip greens
