  Day 1
Arrive to Palermo airport or port .
Trasnsfer to Baglio Oneto Resort and Wine 4****.
The Baglio is situate in Marsala, near Trapani. It is situated on a hill of 150 mt with a beautiful landscape of the Natural Reserve of the Stagnone and Egadi’s islands. Baglio Oneto Resort and Wine is managed by the Oneto Family. Under the Baglio is keeped in barrels a special selection of local wines with the historical brand “Baglio Oneto dei Principi si San Lorenzo”. The La Calandra restaurant offers a selection of local food and wine with imaginative cuisine and impeccable service that has the great dishes of the Sicilian tradiction.   Day 2
Breakfast at hotel.
Excursion to the mystical Erice, an extraordinary little village!
Overlooking the sea and high in the hills, you could almost take Erice for a Sicilian version of Camelot with its coastal fog and fairy tale castles. From Erice you can see the Egadi Islands, which make an interesting excursion.
Free time to explore Erice’s maze of medieval stone streets on your own.
There are many beautiful panoramic spots to take in the views and a visit to the mythical pastry shop La Pasticceria di Maria Grammatico is a must.
In the afternoon, you will drive towards Trapani for a Cooking classes that has the intend to teach participants about the rich heritage of technical knowledge and craftsmanship that Sicily, and in particular the territory of Trapani has.
Precious heritage, the result of a long history of contamination between different cultures and deeply tied to local identity, which can be acquired only in close contact with producers and local chefs.
The recipes of what 'they're going to prepare, during the course there will be based on "COUSCOUS" (arabic recipe typical from the region of Trapani) and added ingredients. in conclusion we give each participant a certificate of participation.
The courses end with the tasting of the dishes prepared.

  Day 3
Breackfast at hotel.
Departure to Palermo.
Escorted tour to Palermo's monuments reflect magnificence of two worlds: East and West that come together.
Capital for both the Arabs and the Normans in clashing contrast.
This tour enables you to discover the capital of Sicily and Monreale.
Monreale is famous for its beautiful position overlooking the city of Palermo.
Inside the Cathedral of Monreale is possible to admire amazing mosaics representing stories from Old and New Testament, made by Byzantine artists.
The escorted tour end to and afterword you will visit the Arab Market with its unforgettable sounds, colours and smells and on a local trattoria have a tasting of pane con la milza and pane e panelle.
After the lunch you have free time to walk to the city shopping center.

Breakfast at hotel and check-out .
Departure for Cefalù, a medieval town founded in the XII century by the Norman King Ruggero II, on the site of a previous settlement.
It is a beautiful small city, so that the Norman King Federico II.
Tasting at Capriccio Siciliano, you sit outside watching the scenic street life in the centre of Cefalù while sipping a Nero D'Avola or Marsala wine and “Bruschetta”.
After the light lunch departure for a scenic drive through the Madonie Region to arrive in Castelbuono on Madonie Mountains.
Accommodation at the luxury Relais Sant’Anastasia 5* a beautiful Abbey restored to its ancient and noble splendour.
It is surrounded by greenery and fertile lands and produce delicious wine as Chardonnay and Inzolia. Visit of the winery Sant’Anastasia and tasting of their best wines combined with tasting local delicatessen .

  Day 5
Breakfast at hotel and check-out.
Departure to Ucria to have a lunch at restaurant “La Rocca”. 
This restaurant, on top of the Nebrodi, a truly paradise.
The dishes are all made with local produce: Homemade pasta with ragù made with meat from pigs of Nebrodi, grilled meat, appetizers with cheese and salami and local wine.
After lunch departure to Borgo Alcantara Luxury Resort 4* (45 km from Catania – 20 km from Taormina – 20 km from Etna).
The Resort is located above a river that flows from the mountains from which during the time has formed a canyon called Gole Alcantara.

Departure for cooking course at agriturismo at Tenuta Carbonara Farmhouse.
The cooking class is not just like learning recipes to make a good pasta or rather the delicious Ragusa biscuits or whatever.
It is rather the chance to discover the taste, the passion, the poetry and the history that stand behind every single speciality of the typical sicilian gastronomy.
The key to turn every recipe to a success are ingredients, that have to be fresh and high quality grade, but they are not enough.
Only when the right ingredients are mixed together with armony and transformed according to the ancient protocols a recipe becomes an unforgettable experience of taste.
The cooking class takes about three hours and will be held in the language of the group, or in English.
Participant gets apron with the logo of the farm that then take home as a souvenir, and a folding with the recipes of what 'they're going to prepare, during the course there will be tasting of Ricotta 'cheese, and wine.
In conclusion we give each participant a certificate of participation.
In the end of the cooking class you will eat what you prepared.
Afternoon departure for a walk excursion to Noto, Late baroque town nearby Siracusa.
After the reopening of Cathedral of Noto 2007, the place has gained back the honour of being one of the most beautiful baroque pearls in Sicily.

Return to the hotel and overnight.
  Day 7
Breakfast at hotel .
Today we explore the Volcano Etna, largest active volcano in Europe, and admire a unique combination of nature and the uncontrollable essence of fire.
It reaches up to an altitude of 2000 meters in the square with restaurants and bars hotels.Hiking to the crater Silvestri to enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley and the sea.
At lunch time, departure for a tasting at Pasticceria Russo. Since 1880 the pastry prepares its delicacies, using original recipes handed down for three generations.
Everything is prepared with care: pastries, cookies, creams, cooked must, as you once did.
You will have a tasting granita (a typical Sicilian ice cream), which is made in the traditional flavors: almond, coffee, chocolate, lemon, or fruit: strawberry, peach, mulberry, always accompanied by fragrant brioches or croissants with honey, irresistible .
In the late afternoon you will visit Taormina and its Greco-Roman amphitheatre.
